Organization Affiliation
Action Mortgage, LLC has been in business since 1991. Marcy Wolf has been the owner since 2001. We cater to clients throughout Texas, providing them with honest customer service.
Contract With Client
Action Mortgage uses the published UMB contract when requested.
Technology Employed
Customers have the option of filling out an application online, via fax, or via email.
Locking Procedures
Once loans are locked, the customers receive a copy of the lock confirmation.
Third Party Fees
Action Mortgage charges no processing fee, courier fee, application fee, or other junk fees. Only the credit report, appraisal, and any negotiated UMB fee are paid by the client.
Broker Fees
Broker Fees: The negotiated UMB fee can either be paid "up-front" as an origination fee or as "rebate" from the lender directly to Action Mortgage.

Origination Fee: Please see above.

Processing Fee: None.

Lender Fees: Since Action Mortgage is a broker, the lender that is selected will charge fees, which vary from $650-850.

Appraisal Fee: Generally the appraisal fee is $350, but it will depend on the house size and location.

Bio

Marcy Wolf, the owner of Action Mortgage, has been a Mortgage Broker since 2001.  Prior to joining Action Mortgage, Marcy worked at NASA and Lockheed Martin in various positions.  She has a bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering and a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering.
