Loan applications can be submitted online, as well as in person and over the phone. Initial disclosures are sent by e-mail for instant review and signed via our secure server. Loan statuses are updated by email throughout the process.

I do not require the use of specific third party vendors. Often, there are costs associated with real estate appraisers, title agents, land surveyors, etc. that vary on a case by case basis.
