Contract With Client

Pursuant to the guidelines of the Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association, GOTeHomeLoans signs with the borrower an agreement on the exact amount and type of compensation which the company will receive. Any fees or commissions received on the file in excess of this amount are rebated to the borrower.

Technology Employed

GOTeHomeLoans uses top-of-the-line industry software to streamline the loan process and create the best experience for our clients. An online application is available to the client at wwwGOTeHomeLoans.com

Locking Procedures

At any time after the loan is registered with the lender, the borrower can choose to lock the rate. The loan officer always confirms the loan program, rate and terms, and loan expiration period with clients. Once the loan is locked, the loan officer provides clients with documentation of loan program, rate and terms, and expiration period, in writing. Everything is upfront, and GOTeHomeLoans hides nothing from its clients.

Third Party Fees

GOTeHomeLoans guarantees lender, broker and third-party closing costs on the day that the rate is locked. If at settlement any of these costs are higher than those shown on the Good Faith Estimate provided to the client at the time the rate lock is confirmed, GOTeHomeLoans will provide a broker credit covering the difference to the client at settlement.

Broker Fees
$0 Broker Fees
$0 Junk or Garbage Fees
$495 Processing Fee
No Discount Points, unless borrower chooses to pay to lower the rate.
