Homer Walton III, of American Eagle Mortgage Inc (AEM), is a Maryland based broker.  Homer is a member of the UpFront Mortgage Brokers Association (UMBA), the Maryland Association of Mortgage Brokers (MAMB), the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).  Homer is a part of the MAMB legislative committee this Spring.

Maryland law requires Mortgage Professionals to provide a Finance Agreement and a Mortgage Broker Agreement.  Both of the Agreements define the terms of the loan and the amount of compensation to be recieved by the Mortgage Professional.  The client will receive a copy of both agreements and all other compliance documents.

Borrowers may request their loans to be locked after initial disclosures are signed and returned to our office.  We do not charge a fee or require a deposit to lock in a loan.

Third party fees are set by each respective company.  Each borrower has the right to use an appraiser or title company of their choice.  The fees provided on the Good Faith Estimate will be of companies AEM uses on a daily basis.
