Applications can be filled out on-line on our website (www.alliedfinancial.biz) or on the phone/in person. Since the Residential Mortgage Application could be an intimidating document, clients are encoutaged to have a mortgage consultant assist them with the application. 

Different locking options are presented to a client and a lock-in agreement is signed by both Allied Financial and the client when rate is locked.

All third party fees are disclosed on the GFE. They are typically: lender fees, appraisal fees, legal fees. Fees vary by lenders and by states.            

Broker fees are always disclosed on the GFE and backed up by a "money-back guarantee". Fees include: $295 Application Fee, $275 Processing Fee and an Origination Fee that is determined by the complexity of the loan and can be in the form of YSP, client-paid fee, or a combination of both. All fees are always disclosed and guaranteed.
