Organization Affiliation
Troy Ormonde has been affiliated with many organizations in the Las Vegas Valley including the Mortgage Lending Division, State Of Nevada, German Shepherd Rescues, AMA (Aeronautical Modelers Associaton), AMA (American Motorcyclist Association) and Boulder City Little League as a baseball coach.
 
Troy is also the host of a live weekly radio show "Troy Ormonde's Mortgage Madness" every Wednesday afternoon at 2 pm on a.m. station 1230.  If you are not in the Las Vegas area you can listen to the live internet stream at http://klav1230am.com/
 
I am also training for to compete in my first triathlon in March 2009.

Locking Procedures
For purchase transactions, we will typically lock your loan upon full loan approval, or execution of a fully executed purchase contract unless otherwise instructed by the borrower.
 
At the borrowers request I will advise based on my interpretation of market conditions.
Third Party Fees

Third party fees are set by each respective company.  I will be happy to refer you to companies I recommend, but you are free to use any company you choose.
Broker Fees

Broker Fees are negotiated on a case by case basis depending on the borrowers individual qualifications and requirements. 


Bio
Originally from Southern California, Troy Ormonde has resided in Las Vegas, NV for 21 years and is now raising his own family here.  After graduating high school in Las Vegas, Troy attended college in California before being drafted in the 29th round by the Chicago Cubs as a pitcher.  After baseball, Troy returned to Las Vegas where after a short stint in construction he began his career in the loan business. 

Competitive since early childhood, the challenges facing homeowners in Las Vegas bring exciting opportunities for Troy to help existing homeowners and advise potential homeowners into financial situations that will benefit them, and not himself.
