There is no written contract to tie the hands of the borrower.  The relationship is with Alex and the customer ... simply, one to one.  There are no undisclosed fees and there are no hassels.

Everybody is on-line.  All mortgages require a signed 1003 and a credit report.  A 1003 is an application with content required by the lender.  All pertinent information will be collected by Alex by either telephone, email or any other means convenient to the customer including a personal home visit.

Everybody is on-line; all mortgages are locked when the customer agrees to proceed.  There are no fees to lock it; and no customer hassels.

All fees are presented on the Good Faith Estimate (GFE).  A GFE is required as part of the loan package.  All fees will be discussed in advance with the customer.  There will be no other fees for any reason.

On a Refinance or a Purchase, Alex charges 1 %.  This too will have already been discussed with the customer. The specifics of this item is on the GFE along with other industry charges such as Appraisal and Title etc.
