Reliance employs the standard New York Pre-Application disclosures of standard fees.  Reliance spends a fair amount of time educating each client in the mortgage process, encouraging them to be informed consumers.

Reliance does not allow pre-qualification or any sensitive non-public information to be entered via a web portal.  We do have the ability and the technology to undertake this, but still have our own qualms about offering this service.

We lock the loans when best suited to the client's needs.  This is done sometime at application, and others after credit resolution.  We counsel clients as to the ramifications of locking or deferring.  We advise our clients and guide them to the best decision that meets their needs.
