We lock your loan when YOU request it. You can lock your loan any time from application up to 4 days before closing.

There is NO fee to lock your loan. We can do it right over the phone, and when that time comes we'll have you sign a lock confirmation document for your piece of mind.

Upon completion of your application we'll send you a Good Faith Estimate (GFE), a Federal Truth-in-Lending Disclosure statement (required by the Federal Government), with ALL fees stated.

We pride ourselves on providing an accurate representation of your closing costs so there are NO surprises at closing.

The Honest Mortgage Company broker fees are kept as low as possible - and fully disclosed to you in the Good Faith Estimate (GFE).
