Bob has a degree in Communications from San Diego State University

Bob has been in the mortgage business for 25 years. Having worked as a Portfolio Lender, Mortgage Banker and Mortgage Broker, Bob understands the intricacies of lenders and lending.

Bob is the past president of the CAMB’s (California Association of Mortgage Brokers) East Bay Chapter. The East Bay Chapter is the largest chapter in the state of California. Additionally, Bob served as Education Chair, Membership Chair and Vice President.

Bob was recognized as “Associate of the Year” in 2004-2005 by the CAMB (California Association of Mortgage Brokers) for his extraordinary service to the Mortgage Brokerage Industry.

Bob was the State Education Chair for the California Association of Mortgage Brokers in 2004-2005 and 2005-2006. Bob was instrumental in bringing a curriculum of course work for mortgage originators that are Department of Real Estate approved for continuing education credits.

Bob is currently the Vice President of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers Education Foundation. The purpose of the Foundation is to educate Mortgage Brokers.

In 2006 Bob has attained the highest professional certification available to mortgage originators, NAMB’s (The National Association of Mortgage Brokers) - Certified Mortgage Consultant designation. Bob is one of only 30 Certified Mortgage Consultants in California and one of only 180 nationally.

Bob is currently a Certified Instructor for the California Association of Mortgage Brokers and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Bob Teaches Adult Education Classes on Home Buying through two different Adult Education Programs. The courses currently being offered are- The Top Ten Mistakes To Avoid When Purchasing A Home, Purchasing And Financing Residential Investment Property, Reverse Mortgages, The Best Ways To Finance Major Home Remodeling Projects, Credit Repair For Future Home Owners.
