Organization Affiliation

We have over 25 loan officers and 10 Processors. Irv Steinman has over 23 years experience in the mortgage industry. Irv has a great team and his son Brian Steinman has been working with him for over 10 years. We belong to the Mortgage Bankers Association, Mortgage Brokers Association and Irv is working on getting all the loan officers into the Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association. I am totally commited to the principles of the Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association. I have a Brokers License with the California DRE. Former Los Angeles Police Crime Prevention Specialist and former San Fernando Police Reserve.

Locking Procedures

Upon Requets of the Client and sending the lock confirmation to the client, however, most lenders now require entire loan package before locking.


Third Party Fees

Depending on Lender Used, as well as the Escrow and Title companies used


Broker Fees

Processing $795. If in a Living Trust, depending on the lender some charge nothing to review it and others can charge up to $200.00 to review the Trust. Credit reports $25 for a standard report, additional fees if suppliments requiered or a Full Facual Report.


Bio
I have been in the mortgage industry for more than 23 years, in that 23 years I have helped mortgage companies open their Los Angeles Divisions, as their Managing Partner and grow it to over 60 loan agents. I recently joined CS Financial-Private Mortgage Banking in Beverly Hills. I have always prided myself on being up front with my clients and never have surprise fees at the closing. I never promise a client anything I know that I cannot come through with. This is how I was asked to join the "Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association". I can Finance Single Family Homes, Second Homes, Condos, Townhomes, Non-Owner Properties, 1 to 4 Family Units in almost all states in the USA including Hawaii. I also can Finance Commercial Properties in All States. I have a Brokers License with the California DRE and my son Brian Steinman, who works with me has a California Salespersons License with the DRE. I am also a former LAPD Crime Prevention Specialist and former San Fernando Police Reserve. I look forward for the opportunity to be of service to you.
