Locking Procedures
Locking is a joint venture with you the client and your loan officer. We prefer to employ email and a phone call, to ensure we are all on "the same page" We offer 30 and 45day plus terms. Buy-downs are available.
Third Party Fees
Third Party Fees include Title and Appraisal, we process, underwrite and fund all of our files in house.
Appraisal fee can vary from $200-500 depennding on location and property type.
Broker Fees
We will negotiate a flat fee on a case by case basis. Typically 1% of the the loan size.
